I deliver and collect our equipment from sites. Even though I came here from a similar role at a pharmacy company, working here feels totally different. I’ve never been so happy! I enjoy driving and I like the freedom of being out and about. When I’m out on the road, it feels like I’m my own boss!

I’m always trying to better myself, so I’d like to stay here for a while and progress further. I’m about to start an NVQ with the company’s help, which is really good. I think it’s always advantageous to learn more and develop your skills and there are lots of opportunities to do that here!

I’d recommend A-Plant as an employer, without a shadow of a doubt. I’ve never been paid better and I think the training and support here are excellent. Another great thing about the company is the interaction between the management and their team. It’s fantastic – the best I’ve ever had.

I’m happy where I am at the moment, but I’d eventually like to move further up the ladder here. The scope for progression is excellent – it’s one of the best things about working here.

Even our Chief Executive and Managing Directors started out in depots and worked their way to the top!
